The Other Bedside Cabinet is a minimalistic design that takes all the worries out of cleaning and functionality. With models of one or two drawers you can customize what is needed for your rooms and be sure that patients will always have space for their belongings. Made with non-porous, microbial resistant material, you can be sure that the products will survive cleaning from the outside and won’t degrade from the inside.

As told by the Association for the Health Care Environment, “Residue left by cleaning agent residue may continue to degrade surfaces and shorten their life and/or affect their appearance.”

Within our designs we like to make sure that we are always staying up to date with modern technology and functionality, so we added in a few things to make the The Bedside Cabinet a little more interesting. Inductive charging uses electromagnetic induction so devices can charge on the surface of the cabinet without needing to be placed anywhere specific or plugged into any cord, allowing a patient to always have their phone in reach without being tangled up.

But functionality isn’t our only focus, we also want to make sure that patient rooms feel comfortable and safe for those who are awaiting treatment or recovering. Though it may seem practical to use stark materials and a muted color scheme, the patient experience can vary widely depending on surroundings.
